Booking your stay – Upon booking a payment of $250 (bond/deposit) into bank account is required to secure your stay dates, this $250 will be used as your bond. Full payment of stay in addition to the $250, is to be paid into bank account 10 working days prior to your stay. Your bond will be refunded on inspection of property after your stay. Any damage will be deducted from this amount and balance refunded within 10 working days after your stay (into your nominated bank account). Any damages exceeding this amount occupants are liable for.

Long stays will include light clean of cottage.

Check in 3 pm and check out 10 am (strictly – unless by prior arrangement – additional charge)

Minimum stay of 3 nights apply for long weekends, 4 nights for Easter, Christmas and New Years (December 18th to January 3rd). Special offers may not be available for long weekends or peak periods, unless stated.

**We do not charge cleaning fees, if the property is left in a state that we feel is not acceptable we will deduct a cleaning charge from your bond/deposit and the balance refunded.

Long before COVID we have and always will pride ourselves on hygiene and cleanliness.
Cancellation/Change of booking – minimum of 14 days notice must be given before booked date. Otherwise this will result in the deposit/bond forfeited (due to loss of bookings).
No one else is to stay on property without owners consent/knowledge – this will result in you being charged $250 for each night of your stay.

Any changes to your booking on the day of check in or during your stay eg early check in or late check out, extra bedroom etc. MUST be paid for in full before any changes can be confirmed (and before additional bedroom be can unlocked). On top of additional request amount a fee for administration and call out of staff will incur a minimum fee of $50.
